Asiago & Rocket Salad

Rocket / Asiago Cheese / Pine Nuts / Red Chilli / Balsamic Vinegar / Good Oil

RINSE rocket and leave to drain

TOAST pine nuts in a pan on medium heat

COMBINE two tablespoons of good oil and balsamic vinegar in jam jar

CHOP chilli finely and add to oil mix, put lid on top

SHAKE it like you own it

SHOWER leaves with chili balsamic dressing

THROW on a plate 

TOP with pine nuts

SHAVE asiago over the top with veg peeler
