Leftover Mash / Leftover Sunshine / 1 Onion / Corned Beef / Cheddar / Oil / Salt / Pepper

HEAT oven to 180C

SLICE onion finely

FRY on medium heat until softened

GRATE cheddar

OPEN tin of corned beef

CHOP corned beef into even chunks

MIX mash with sunshine, onion and corned beef

SPOON into casserole dish

TOP with grated cheese

THROW in oven for 30 minutes
