Poached Eggs On Toast
3 Eggs / Bread / White Wine Vinegar / Water / Salt / Pepper
PLACE large pan of water on to boil
TURN down heat once boiling and add salt
POUR in a capful of white wine vinegar
STIR water clockwise
CRACK eggs carefully into swirling water
LEAVE for 5-6 minutes and remove from water
TOAST bread
DROP the eggs on the toast and devour
GO COOK YOURSELF
