Easy Apple Sauce
2 Cooking Apples / Nothing Else / Just Apples / Yup, That’s It
HEAT oven to 180C
WASH apples
CHOP in half
THROW in oven peel side down
LEAVE for twenty mins
REMOVE from oven
PEEL and scoop out cooked apple
SERVE with belly pork (see recipe)
