Proper Pulled Pork
2kg Pork Shoulder / 3 onions / Bulb of Garlic / Chili Flakes / 250ml Cider / 200ml White Wine Vinegar / Oil / Salt / Pepper / Greaseproof Paper / Cooking Foil

HEAT oven to 170C
OIL large baking tray
CHUCK pork in tray
MIX oil, chilli flakes, salt and pepper
RUB into pork
SLICE the shit out of three onions and six garlic cloves
TOSS onion and garlic over pork
POUR cider and white wine vinegar over pork
COVER pork with greaseproof paper and then foil
PLACE in the oven
LEAVE to bake for three hours
REMOVE foil and greaseproof paper
RETURN to oven for 1 hour uncovered
TAKE pork out of oven
LEAVE to rest for 20 mins
PULL pork apart with two forks
SERVE as part of your alternative Christmas meal
