Bacon & Maple Syrup Sprouts

Brussel Sprouts / Chorizo / Bacon / Pecans / Maple Syrup / Pepper (1)

PLACE pan of water on boil and add pinch of salt

SLICE bottoms off sprouts and remove outer leaves (2)

CUT bacon into slices and chorizo into chunks

THROW trimmed sprouts into boiling water

BOIL for 8 minutes (3)

FRY chorizo and bacon until browned (3)

DRAIN sprouts 

CUT sprouts in half (4)

HEAT griddle pan

TOSS pecans into chorizo and bacon mix

INTRODUCE halved sprouts to the griddle pan

SHAKE sprouts after a minute or so

IGNORE for another minute

MARRY sprouts with bacon, chorizo and pecans

DRIZZLE maple syrup over sprouts (5)
