Rosemary & Garlic Roast Potatoes
Potatoes / Rosemary / Thyme / Bulb of Garlic / Oil / Salt / Pepper (1)

HEAT oven to 220C
BOIL large pan of water
RINSE potatoes under water 
SCRUB off any dirt
ADD salt to boiling water
DROP potatoes into boiling water, carefully
LEAVE to boil for 10 minutes
PICK leaves from Rosemary and Thyme stalks
DRAIN potatoes after 10 mins
PLACE lid on pan (2)
SHAKE pan to help to rough the skin so it crisps in the oven
POUR into a baking dish
DRIZZLE with oil, salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme (3)
SMASH a bulb of garlic open
THROW into baking dish
ROAST for 20 minutes
REMOVE and shake potatoes about a bit (4)
RETURN to oven for 20-25 minutes
SERVE as part of your alternative Christmas menu
