100g Cashews / 180g Sundried Tomatoes / 75g Pecorino Cheese /Fresh Basil Leaves / 4 Garlic Cloves / Light Olive Oil / Salt / Pepper
THROW lightly toasted cashews, basil leaves, garlic and tomatoes in processor
GRATE in Pecorino
WHIZZ until ingredients have blended into a rough paste
DRIZZLE olive oil into food processor and season
FINISH with pesto loose but not too oily/watery
