Pastrami / Sweet Pickles / Swiss Cheese / Bagel / 50g Butter / Plain Flour / Milk / Mustard (1)

HEAT goddamn grill to 200C

GRATE 150g of goddamn swiss cheese

CUT the goddamn bagel in half

TOAST under the goddamn grill for 2 mins

CHOP several goddamn pickles

REMOVE bagel from goddamn grill

MELT butter in goddamn saucepan over low heat

ADD flour once goddamn butter melts

ALLOW flour to cook out for 2-3 goddamn mins

POUR in goddamn milk and whisk

THICKEN sauce over a low goddamn heat

SPRINKLE in 2/3 of the goddamn cheese (2)

STIR like goddamn crazy and remove from heat

LAYER mustard, pastrami and pickles on goddamn bagel (3)

SQUIRT more mustard then sprinkle goddamn cheese on top 

THROW back under goddamn grill until cheese melts

DIP top half of goddamn bagel into cheese sauce (4)

PLACE on top of goddamn grilled filling

POUR a little more goddamn sauce over the top

ADD a sprinkle of cheese and chopped goddamn pickles

GRILL for 2 goddamn minutes (5)

EAT the goddamn sandwich, asshole
