Banana Tarte Tatin

Banana Tarte tatin - Go Cook Yourself

60g Unsalted Butter / 150g Caster Sugar / 1 Orange (Juiced) / Puff Pastry / 4 Bananas / Cinnamon / Chocolate

HEAT oven to 180C

PLACE oven proof frying pan on low heat

MELT butter slowly

PEEL and halve bananas

ROLL pastry out

ADD sugar and stir continuously

POUR in orange juice when sugar is caramelising

STIR and then throw bananas in pan

SPRINKLE cinnamon on bananas

COVER with pastry, prick top of pastry with fork

CHUCK in oven for 25 mins

REMOVE from oven and turn onto a board

TAKE extra care as caramel will burn your shit

DRIZZLE melted chocolate on top

USE ice cream or cream if you are that way inclined
