Classic Recipe: Hot Damn Triple Lamb Burger
Lamb Mince / Spring Onion / Chilies / Mint / Coriander / Coriander & Cumin Seeds / Lettuce / Cucumber / Bagel / Crème Fraîche / Salt / Pepper / Oil (1)
[[MORE]]CHOP onions, chilli, half the coriander and a few mint leaves
BASH cumin and coriander seeds together
THROW in a bowl with lamb mince and salt and pepper (2)
MIX together with a little oil
FORM into burger shapes (3)
COVER and place in fridge for 30 mins
CHOP up rest of coriander and Mint leaves
STIR into creme fraiche
CUT lettuce and cucumber ready for burgers
HALVE bagel
HEAT griddle pan
REMOVE burgers from fridge and rub with oil
COOK for 3-4 mins each side (4)
TOAST bagel
LAYER up burgers with cream fraiche, lettuce and cucumber between
