Hell Yeah Gruyere Scallops

4 King Scallops with Shell / Gruyere Cheese / Butter / 1 Clove Garlic / Salt / Pepper / Oil

TURN grill on full whack

SEPARATE scallop from shell and remove orange bit (coral)

RINSE scallop and shell under cold water to remove grit

SEASON scallop with salt and pepper

GRATE gruyere cheese

MINCE garlic

ADD knob of butter to shell, top with garlic

PLACE clean scallop on top of butter

CROWN with grated gruyere and season again

THROW under grill for five minutes
